Our
previous freezers were of the "open air" variety. They
served us well for years, but had their problems; especially when -- as happens now and then along the coast -- the power went out. |

Most
of the BIG job of tearing out the old freezers and installing the new ones was done at night so as not to inconvenience or endanger our customers. Our own and contractors' employees worked about 36 hours straight. |
